FlyTiersWorld guarantees that the articles for sale are free of defects. Should the customer find a defect in the articles, he must promptly notify us by contacting me or by completing the Form below.

FlyTiersWorld undertakes for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods, to replace the goods with a lack of conformity without charge. Should this not be possible or too costly FlyTiersWorld undertakes to return the amount of the purchased goods to the customer.
