ULTRA-THIN BONE DRY

Very low-viscosity UV resin. Ideal for light applications, for nymphs and dry flies, as protection for quill bodies in general. As it is very liquid it can perfectly replace head lacquer. Fast, transparent and resistant finish. 14 g glass bottle with applicator brush. Also excellent for painting whitefish chironomes!

This product has exceptional characteristics but can crystallise with prolonged exposure to temperatures below 7-8 degrees Celsius. Normally this does not occur in your working environment or on the construction table, but it is a reaction that can occur during transport, while travelling, in a car in winter or in the hold of an aircraft.

If this happens, the resin may appear thick and crystallised like honey in the cold. The remedy is simple, the same as we might use with honey: simply bring the temperature of the UltraThin down to around 35-40°C by placing the glass container in the microwave for a couple of sessions of about 10 seconds. Or by placing the container in a bowl of boiling water or over a radiator. Once restored to a liquid state, the resin will remain liquid until it is exposed to low temperatures again.
